Seasonal floods in North Bihar bring recurring devastation to local communities. Project Megha, an initiative by Centre for Catalyzing Change and the University of Virginia, identifies and trains women volunteers known as “Megha Didis.” These women play a key role in organising and coordinating relief efforts during disasters. Tangio has produced the video series आपदा से पहले सतर्कता, outlining monthly preparedness tasks for Megha Didis.
Bihar Rural Livelihoods Project or Jeevika has been doing remarkable work in mobilising and empowering the rural women through self-help-groups. For last few years they have partnered with Centre for Catalyzing Change (C3) to train the Jeevika’s volunteers on the nuances of Gender Studies, Gender Based violence and the legal rights and entitlements of women. Tangio was tasked by C3 to create video versions of this educational material. Presenting the promo of the video series.

Tangio developed “Namakraja,” an animated character for Nutrition International’s iodized salt campaign in rural India. The character was featured in videos, radio, jingles, and posters, enhancing awareness and engagement. Our work helped make critical health messaging both fun and effective for communities nationwide.
Tangio produced a closing video for C3 that succinctly wrapped up the entire campaign on reducing unnecessary C-sections. The video summarized key messages, showcased campaign highlights, and reinforced the importance of medically necessary C-sections for healthy childbirth. Designed to leave a lasting impact, the wrap-up video celebrated the campaign’s success and encouraged continued awareness and informed choices among women.
Tangio created the closing film for the Dr Wonderful campaign, effectively wrapping up the entire initiative. The video highlighted Dr Wonderful as a campaign and certification dedicated to promoting respectful maternity care. It reinforced the campaign’s key messages, celebrating the commitment to dignified, compassionate care for mothers during childbirth.

Using archival and film footage, we highlighted the bravery of the 13th Kumaon Regiment at extreme altitudes. Our work pays tribute to the soldiers’ sacrifice and enduring legacy.
