Many women fear judgment and discrimination when seeking maternity care, especially in vulnerable situations.

Women, especially those facing complex challenges like teenage pregnancies, HIV, or socio-economic hardships— often hesitate to seek maternity care due to fear of being judged, misunderstood, or mistreated by healthcare professional. This stigma and lack of empathy can deeply impact their well-being and lead to dangerous health outcomes.

Is there a way out?

To create a healthcare environment where every woman, everywhere, receives respectful, non-judgmental, and compassionate maternity care.

  1. To build awareness about the importance of Respectful Maternity Care (RMC).
  2. To inspire OB-GYNs to commit publicly to dignity-driven care.
  3. To provide social validation through certification and visibility.
  4. To drive conversations and change public perception through mass outreach.

What we did

Brand Name & Logo Design

We designed the Dr. Wonderful mix-media campaign that supports Rightful Maternity Care, for our clients – FOGSI and C3. It was an initiative that certified the OB-GYNs who pledged to uphold dignity, compassion, and non-discrimination in their everyday practice.

Doctor Wonderful Certificate

We designed the Doctor Wonderful certificate, in 14 languages, which was more than just a title, it was a public promise of care and respect.

We desgined the campaign’s landing page – which also featured the dynamic sign-up form and the wall “Wall of Fame” featuring all the ‘Doctor Wonderfuls’.

messaging videos

We shot 7 messaging videos – each focussing on a different aspect of the campaign.

  1. Respectful Care for Physically Impaired Women.
  2. Non-Judgmental Care for Pierced Women.
  3. Inclusive Care for HIV-Positive Women.
  4. Language Inclusivity for Economically Disadvantaged Women.
  5. Compassionate Care for Single Mothers with Late Pregnancies.
  6. Non-Biased Care During Festive Seasons (Diwali).
  7. Respectful Inclusion of Husbands in Delivery Rooms.

Influencer Campaign

We handled the campaign’s Social Media – got multiple influencers on board for supporting the campaign.

SOCIAL MEDIA CREATIVES

We executed a social media / digital marketing campaign which advertised the initiative among the target demographics across the country.

outcome

The campaign created a nationwide movement: More than 700 OB-GYNs took the Doctor Wonderful Pledge and became a part of the movement. Our campaign reached over 3.5 million people and started 12,000+ conversations.
